OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2009. A resolution of the Board of Central Bank from 23 February 2009 "On introduction of changes to regulation on operations between banks and affiliated persons" entered into force on 9 May 2009.

The resolution was developed in line with the Law "On Central Bank of Uzbekistan" and the Law "On banks and banking activity".

The document regulates the size of credit allocated by the bank to affiliated persons, excluding credits to bankrupt enterprises, which banks bought on auctions or on decision of the courts.
