OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2009 was announced, that more than a thousand Russian school students were able to familiarize themselves with places where they will study. This took place within the framework of the unified day of graduates arranged by MCC EuroChem, OJSC in three Russian regions. The company coordinates training of young specialists and their further employment to its own enterprises. Programs for support of future specialists are implemented in Belorechensk of the Krasnodar Territory, Kotelnikov of the Volgograd Region, Kingisepp of the Leningrad Region, Usolye of the Perm Territory, Kovdor of the Murmansk Region and Nevinnomyssk of the Stavropol Territory.

The work is being carried out within the framework of the master agreement for cooperation between MCC EuroChem and MGUIE (Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology) with support of regional centers for employment of population. For the purpose of informing the young population on opportunities in the area of profile education, assistance in entering the university and further employment in the specialty at places meetings are being carried out with pupils of graduate classes, their parents and representatives of enterprises EuroChem and the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology.

Selection for study at the university is being carried out in the most demanded specialties in accordance with actual needs of enterprises.

A meeting took place in secondary education school No.5 (Belorechensk) for graduates and their parents with representatives of the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology and representatives of the Personnel Development Department of EuroChem-BMU, LLC (a subsidiary of MCC EuroChem, OJSC in Belorechensk). After conclusion of the agreement for cooperation between the company EuroChem and the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology such meetings have already become a good tradition for Belorechensk. 16 graduates from Belorechensk got benefit from the same last summer as they were enrolled to the university under the target list of EuroChem. This year the decision on enrollment will be also taken on the basis of results of tests and the unified state examination. Entrance tests (testing) will take place on the 7th of April by the field acceptance commission of the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology. Seven graduates from Belorechensk will get a chance to become students of the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology.

In the center for rest and cinema (the administration of the Kotelnikovo District) a meeting took place between pupils of the graduate grades of the district and the head of the administration for additional education services of the Moscow State University for Engineering Ecology Yuri Rumin. The administrative director of EuroChem-VolgaKali (the subsidiary of MCC EuroChem, OJSC in Kotelnikovo) Nikolai Tulba demonstrated in his turn the presentation of the company and spoke about its present and future as well as about possibilities for further employment. In 2012 a lot of top specialists are required for the mining enrichment combine – mining engineers of various specializations including specialists who will manage up-to-date technological equipment of the future combine; medium specialists – technicians, electrical mechanics as well as specialists of the core working area – mining workers, grinders, transporters etc. Last year graduates of the second, third and fifth schools (Kotelnikovo) having successful

In school No.1 (Kingisepp) a district fair of vacancies and opportunities for professional education took place which gathered not only future graduates of 9-11th grades of schools of the city and district but their parents as well. At the event organized by the district center for employment of population was visited by representatives of educational establishments and enterprises of the district including the Personnel Development Department of Industrial Group Phosphorite, LLC (the subsidiary of MCC EuroChem, OJSC in Kingisepp). Within the framework of the presentation the head of the Company’s Personnel Development Department Margarita Bacheva told about the present and future of the company, needs for employees and employment opportunities, presented a leaflet published by the 45th anniversary of the enterprise and demonstrated the video clip on Phosphorite and its employees.
