OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2009 was announced, that President of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbaev offered the number of urgent measures for stabilizing situation during crisis period.

“I think we must give 50-100 million tenge to each aul (Kazakh village) major under inspection of district maslikhats to solve up-to-the-minute tasks for the people that is out at elbows. And micro-credits, if necessary, to correct situation”, - said the head of the state on Friday in Parliament in his message to Kazakhstan people.

He thinks that it is necessary to “maximally use the potential of local producers”. “If there are no necessary productions today, they must be created and this opens new possibilities for business. Akims are responsible for fulfillment of this work”, - added the head of the state.

He appealed to law-enforcement bodies to guarantee public security in crisis period.

“During this difficult time we must do our best to guarantee the security of our people. During such periods we see robberies, residential burglaries: we passed all these moments. You must prove that in the difficult time you are with people. Refuse your bad habits and let’s do all we can to make people realize that it is you that serve people”, - addressed the president the law-enforcement bodies.
