OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2009 was announced, that President N.Nazarbaev ordered to allocate additional 8.6 billion tenge (150.31/USD 1) of budget funds to increase the number of social working places and youth employment.

“The current law about population employment allows us to use budget funds for these purposes (create social working places. – IF-K)”. In 2008 more than 13 thousand people realized their possibilities according to these programs. Our task is to expand the frameworks of the existing programs.

I order to allocate additional 8.6 billion tenge for these purposes; in this case we will provide about 96 thousand people on work, - said N.Nazarbaev on Friday in his message to the population of the state.

Besides, the president said that everyone who wants to work in the new profession must have the possibility to study.

The president thinks that “despite the world crisis and difficulties of the period we can not afford focusing on their solving only”.

“Our future depends on the further modernization of economy and development of basic infrastructure”, he emphasized.
