OREANDA-NEWS. On March 11, 2009 Alliance Bank (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informed KASE by the press release that it signed the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with Mangistau Region Akimat, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Parties agreed to make joint efforts to provide wide range of high quality banking services to the region populations, small and medium size businesses, government enterprises and budget organizations.

According to the signed Memorandum Akimat will focus on implementation of planned government programs, crediting SMB enterprises, refunding of hypothecary loans, provision of loans for higher education. The cooperation key areas are organization of clearing services and attraction of government enterprises and budget organizations for participation in salary projects.
