ROSNO Insures One of Largest Russian Pig-Breeding Farms in Udmurtia
OREANDA-NEWS. On March 12, 2009 ROSNO’s Udmurtian branch has concluded a property insurance contract with OJSC Vostochny, a meat producer ranking third in Russia by production volumes. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 311,513,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
ROSNO’s insurance coverage has been provided for 25 pigpen buildings containing pigs of such breeds as "Big White", "Landras", "Duroque", and "Yorkshire". The following risks have been insured: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, storm and hail, other natural disasters, flood, earthquake, soil subsidence, mudslide, landslide, damage by water from water supply, heating, sewage and similar systems; burglary, robbery, brigandage, and deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property.
The insurance contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.
