OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2009 was announced, that by its orders VolgaTelecom General Director had appointed General Director Deputies – director of Kirov branch and director of Udmurtia Republic branch. The appointed branch directors have taken the offices since March 03, 2009.

Alexey Artemiev is appointed the Company’s General Director Deputy – director of VolgaTelecom’s Udmurtia Republic branch; earlier he held the office of the director of VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch.

Marat Dolgoarshinnykh is appointed the Company’s General Director Deputy – director of VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch; earlier he held the office of branch director deputy – commercial director of VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch.

These decisions are agreed upon by VolgaTelecom Board of directors.

Alexey Artemiev was born in 1972. He graduated from Saratov State University (specialty “Radiophysics and electronics”). In 2007 he completed the training and was awarded MBA in specialty “Management – International Business” of the faculty “High School of International Business” of the Academy of National Economy with the Government of the Russian Federation. Since November 1994 he worked in OJSC “Saratovelectrosvyaz”, in 2003-2004 he held the office of deputy director of urban telephone network of VolgaTelecom’s Saratov branch. In 2004 – 2005 he was deputy technical director of VolgaTelecom’s Saratov branch. Since December 2005 he held the office of deputy chief engineer of VolgaTelecom’s Saratov branch. In 2006 he was transferred to the office of the first deputy director - chief engineer of Penza branch and then to the office of chief engineer of VolgaTelecom’s Saratov branch. Since 2007 he was the Company’s General Director Deputy – director of VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch.

Marat Dolgoarshinnykh was born in 1971. In 1993 he graduated form Kirov Technical University in specialty “Computers, complexes, systems and networks”. In 2007 he completed the training at “International Institute of Management LINK” in specialty “Management” of the Open University Business School (UK). He started his career in telecommunications industry in 1994 by taking the employment at OJSC Kirovelectrosvyaz (currently – VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch), at first he was s/w engineer, and then he headed commercial group. In 2001 he was appointed deputy director of commerce of Automation and IT Center. Since October 2006 he had been holding the office of branch director deputy – commercial director of VolgaTelecom’s Kirov branch.
