OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2009 following the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 3 Hrushevskoho street, 01001 Kyiv, Ukraine, XXI Century Investment Public Limited ("XXIC" or the "Company"), announces the reappointment of the following six directors with immediate effect:

Lev Partshaladze as an Executive Director of the Company

Taras Kutovyi as an Executive Director of the Company

Andriy Myrhorodsky as an Executive Director of the Company

Jaroslav Kinach as an Executive Director of the Company

Yiannos Georgallides as a Non-Executive Director of the Company

Olena Volska as a Non-Executive Director of the Company

Mr. Yiannos Georgallides, aged 43, has been reappointed as an independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Georgallides joined the Company in April 2007. Previously, Mr Georgallides worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers starting in 1991. Mr. Georgallides holds a degree in accounting from Luton College in the United Kingdom.  He is based in Cyprus.

Mr. Yiannos Georgallides is currently director or partner of the following companies or partnerships: Iarmac Enterprises Ltd, Lakenet Holdings Ltd, Marvel Venture Trading Limited, Portline Holdings Limited, Ringstar Holdings Limited, Silkwine Trading Limited, Splitrock Holdings Limited, Talvest Enterprises, Zertoura Holdings Limited. During the past five years he has also been director of Motorama Enterprises Limited.

Ms. Olena Volska (previous surnames: Dzhyshyashvili, Litynska), aged 35, has been reappointed as an independent Non-Executive Director. She joined the Company in April 2007. She is co-founder and managing partner of EBS, a leading financial management and business consultancy company in Ukraine. Prior to founding EBS in 1998, Ms. Volska spent two years at Coopers & Lybrand, Ukraine and four years as Chief Accountant at Ashurst Technology Corporation Ltd. Ms. Volska has extensive experience in the development and implementation of management reporting systems, as well as implementing risk management and internal control systems. Ms. Volska holds a degree in foreign linguistics from Kyiv National Shevchenko University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Olena Volska is currently managing partner of EBS and member of the board of trustees of East Europe Foundation. During the past five years she has been director or partner of no other companies.
