OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2009 was announced, that Transaero airlines and Ural Airlines launch new flights from Moscow International Airport Domodedovo.

Transaero will be operating flights to Magadan twice a week on Tu-214 aircraft. Departure from Domodedovo airport on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 20:20, arrival in Magadan airport at 12:30. Departure from Magadan on Mondays and Thursdays at 15:00, arrival in Moscow at 16:00*. Now passengers from one of the largest cities on North-East Russia will be able to use the convenient connections and route network of Domodedovo - the leading airport of the country.

Ural Airlines flights to Novosibirsk will be operated daily on A-320 aircraft according to schedule: departure from Domodedovo airport at 21:00, arrival in Novosibirsk at 03:50. Return flights with departure at 06:40 will arrive at 07:55**, exactly at the beginning of the work day. Air traffic between the two large regions is consistently popular: the passenger turnover on the Moscow – Novosibirsk destination added up to 773 000 passengers in 2008 which is 13% more than in 2007.
