OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2009 was announced, that Avgur Estate started the monolithic construction of the second floor of Nadezhda residential complex in southwestern Moscow. The whole development is to be completed by the end of 2009, Sergey Kuzminov, the company’s sales manager, said on March 4.

The official reminded that Avgur Estate started developing Nadezhda in late June 2008. The residential complex is under construction on 3A Krupskoy Street in Lomonosovsky township, near the junction of Leninsky Avenue and Krupskoy Street.

All the works are being done according to schedule. The first nonresidential and the first residential floors have been erected now. The monolithic construction of the second floor has been started. The foundation work aimed at building and assembling a recreation centre is also going on.

According to Mr Kuzminov, Nadezhda is included in the housing program of Moscow.

The development area is 1.5 hectares. The residential building will consist of 8 storeys, 4 entries and underground parking. The house is designed to contain 88 flats with various areas from 70 square metres to 150. A kindergarten and the recreation centre featured a swimming pool will be built in the immediate vicinity of it.
