In compliance with the Board resolution # 30 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (hereinafter - the Agency) of February 27, 2009, was suspended the force of license for pension assets investment management of Organization of pension assets investment management Zhetysu (hereinafter – the Organization), issued on January 23, 2004 under # 0412200123 for 1 (one) month due to non-fulfillment by the Organization from January 1, 2008 of the prudential norm on own capital sufficiency, established by the Instruction on normative values, prudential norms, methods of their calculation for organization on pension assets investment management, approved by the Agency Board resolution # 118 of August 22, 2008.
