The new board comprises Executive Director of Atomenergoprom OJSC Kirill Komarov, Deputy Director of Atomenergoprom OJSC Jumberi Tkebuchava, Head of the Engineering Support Department of Atomenergoprom OJSC Oleg Shlygin, Deputy Director-Head of the Moscow Office of Nizhniy Novgorod Atomenergoproekt OJSC Sergey Streltsov, Director of Atomstroy Investment Construction Concern OJSC Artyom Butov.

Artyom Butov, who has managed Atomstroy since 2006, has been re-elected as director of the company.

Atomenergoprom has also approved the new membership of the audit committee (three members) and the auditor of Nexia Pacioli LLC.
