OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 March 2009 was announced, that JSC Irkutskenergo invites interested people to participate in competitive negotiations on definition of the potential contractor for performance of works on introduction of a system of control over finance, logistics and main production assets on the basis of mySAP platform.

The participants are offered on the basis of the given requirements and the held express inspection to work out the document 'Technical and commercial proposal' and also to give the information on the company, qualification and experience of the design team. The estimation of the technical proposal is made on the basis of the analysis, presentation of the technical solution, the presented materials and the experts' opinion. Reliability and competence of the company, the design team and the presented technical solution will also be assessed. The procedure of competitive negotiations will be held by the results of the analysis of the technical proposals.
