OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 March 2009 was announced, that a major Russian grain processor PAVA (www.apkhleb.ru) started to produce wholemeal wheat flour, which is the object of interest for many bakery plants. This grade is not widespread on the Russian market, which is the reason for multiple orders for its shipments received by the Altay flour miller.

The company’s partners, who use wholemeal wheat flour in baking, report that it allows to expand the assortment to a significant degree – including dietary and diabetic products. The moderate price category enables bakery plants to achieve high profitability of production, economically – the most important indicator for any enterprise.
