OREANDA-NEWS. March 10, 2009. Vilnius office advised MAI Lietuva, a part of the largest independent network of insurance and reinsurance brokers within CEE – MAI Central Eastern Europe Ltd., in acquisition of 100% shares in the insurance brokerage company UADBB Draudimo efektas, based in Kaunas, Lithuania, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

With this transaction MAI Lietuva has expanded its activities in Lithuania and in addition to its office in Vilnius will also have an office in Kaunas, the second biggest city in Lithuania.
