OREANDA-NEWS. March 10, 2009. Uralsvyazinform (RTS and MICEX: URSI/URSIP) - the buyback offer and subsequent coupon rates of 07-series bonds approved, reported the press-centre of Uralsvyazinform.

Holders of 07-series ruble bonds have been informed of the buyback offer following the respective Board of Directors’ decision of March 06, 2009. The offer is effective from March 12, 2010 to March 16, 2010, and the buy back is due on March 18, 2010.

At the same time, General Director has approved 7th and 8th coupon rates of the same bonds at 16 per cent, payable on September 15, 2009, and March 16, 2010, respectively.
