OREANDA-NEWS. March 10, 2009. The Government will secure financing of spring-field works and will transfer necessary funds to agrarians within nearest weeks. The Premier of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko imparted at a selector meeting into the issues of payment of salaries in the regions.

“Despite the fact that the banking system and the NBU haven’t fulfilled the commitments they assumed concerning prolonging the credits for the agrarians, we will make all the best to provide agrarians with necessary resources through the Agrarian Fund within nearest time,” the Head of Government emphasized.

As Yulia Tymoshenko put it, the Agrarian Fund is ready to purchase all mortgaged grain at the market prices. “We are ready to buy all grain of last year’s yield including maize, barley. I consider it will enable to direct additional 2-2.5 billion hryvnyas for spring-field works,” the Prime Minister accentuated.

Furthermore, Yulia Tymoshenko reminded of an understanding achieved with Kremenchuk oil-processing plant concerning price for diesel fuel for agrarians at 4200 UAH per ton and the one reached with chemical enterprises concerning fertilizers for agrarians at the prices not lower than export ones.
