OREANDA-NEWS. March 10, 2009. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) imposed an administrative fine (40 000 Rubles) upon "Oasis" Ltd. for violating the Federal Law "On Advertising", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 12th January 2009, FAS Russia found that advertisement of the "Osteoline" dietary supplement, broadcasted by "Radio Russia" was unfair.

The producer of the dietary supplement was "Oasis" Ltd. The advertisement created an impression that the "Osteoline" dietary supplement can treat dysfunctions and diseases of skeleton, bony and cartilaginous tissue, which violated Clause 1 Part 1 Article 25 of the Federal Law "On Advertising".
