On 10 March 2009 was announced, that the board of directors of Open Society "НК" "has entered Rosneft-Murmanksnefteprodukt into structure of board of the company of the representative of Joint-Stock Company "Exponeft "Oleg Leskin. The board of directors has prolonged powers of all members of board, except Antonina Kvasjuk. Its place in company management was occupied with Oleg Leskin.

Annual meeting NK "Rosneft-Murmansknefteprodukt" will take place on May, 22nd, 2009. Shareholders will define the size of dividends following the results of work in 2008, and also will select new structure of board of directors of the company, – informs RBC.

The enterprise is affiliated company of Open Society" НК "Rosneft", is engaged in delivery and realisation of mineral oil. The net profit of the company following the results of 2007 under the Russian standards of book keeping has made 33 million 371 thousand roubles, the gain is fixed at level 2 mlrd 41 million 431 thousand roubles.
