On 06 March 2009 COMSTAR – United TeleSystems (JSC COMSTAR-UTS, LSE: CMST), the leading supplier of integrated telecommunication solutions in Russia and the CIS announced introduction from March 1 of economic limited tariff plans for Internet broadband access in Moscow “MINI STREAM” and “STREAM KONTAKT”.

Monthly fee for these tariff plans is 150 rubles. Data rate is 6 Mbit/sec.
