BTA Bank Connects Branches to Unified Customer Support Centre
OREANDA-NEWS On 06 March was announced, that BTA Bank started connecting its branch network to the unified Information and Service Customer Support Centre on the basis of modern communication technologies aiming at securing unified standards for service quality in all regions of its presence.
Using the IP telephony technologies (or internet telephony) allows transferring of calls from all cities of Russia directly to assistants of the Customer Support Centre in Moscow. Thus by calling the contact centre at the city number in their region, customers are automatically transferred to the Moscow phone number of the Information and Service Support Centre, where they get detailed information about products and services, office business hours and days and about how they can best reach this or that branch of the Bank, as well as they enjoy the opportunity to get in touch with employees of the Bank.
“Connecting branches to the unified Customer Support Centre secures high quality of telephone connection and the opportunity to get a professional consolation up to a detailed description of the route to an office of the Bank with information about the bus and taxi bus numbers. This call is free of charge for the customer as he/she calls at the city number. In addition to this the customer can quickly and easily obtain the information he/she needs from Center assistants, which attended special training” – says Head of the BTA Bank Customer Information and Support Centre, Ms. Gulmayra Momynova.
Nowadays the branch network of BTA Bank numbers 10 branches and 28 additional offices throughout Russia. Being a bank of federal coverage BTA Bank secures that each of its customers, large companies and individuals, are serviced according to international standards. Using internet technologies when connecting branches to the Information and Service Support Centre allows the Bank to establish a single telephone network having an expanded number of functions to provide customers with a greater number of opportunities and secure confidence in the Bank as a partner located at a one-call distance.
At present Branches of BTA Bank in Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Volzhskiy and Ufa are connected to the unified Customer Support Centre via specially dedicated lines. Before end-March, 2009 the Bank intends to connect branches and additional offices in Omsk, Astrakhan, Vladimir, Lipetsk, Saratov, Stavropol, Voronezh and Krasnodar to the Information and Service Support Centre as well.
