OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 March was announced, that March Mindaugas Kulbokas appointed to the post of Director of international commercial real estate consulting company Colliers International in Lithuania. Previously Mindaugas Kulbokas hold the position of Business Development Director of Colliers International for 3 years.
 
Reflecting fundamental changes on the local market, related with not sustainable economical environment, and taking into account regional company restructuring plans, Colliers International in Baltic States and Belarus is using worldwide experience from many other countries, which leaved through different economical and real estate crisis, during last 30 years.

Existing market evolution stage requires broad vision of efficient real estate performance and evaluation of new opportunities.
