OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 March was announced, that LLC “AVK Concern” fulfilled its obligations on nominal value and interest yield payments on B and C series bonds.

Basic parameters of the issue:

Emission volume: UAH 50 000 000.00, including А series UAH 25 000 000.00; В series 15 000 000.00 UAH and С series UAH 10 000 000.00.

Public offering;

Maturity: А series bonds – since December 22, 2003 till December 15, 2008; В and С series bonds – since March 1, 2004 till February 23, 2009;

Nominal value per bond: UAH 1 000;

Interest yield for the seventeenth-twentieth interest periods on А and В series bonds equals 13% p.a. in UAH, C series bonds – 12% p.a.;

Interest period: 91 days;

Premature sale of bonds: on expiry of the 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th interest periods of bonds;

Depositary: OJSC “MFS”;

Underwriter: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;

Paying agent: OJSC “MFS”.
