OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 March 2009 was announced, that OJSC Far East Telecom informs its subscribers of the changes in local telecommunication service tariffs from March 1, 2009.

From March 1, 2009 subscriber’s fee for local telecommunication service were increased in average by 9.4% for individuals and by 7.3% for corporate clients.

This decision was made in accordance with the Order of Russian Federal Tariff Service No. 336-c/З dated December 9, 2008 “For the Approval of OJSC Far East Telecommunications Company Local and Intrazone Telecommunication Service Tariffs".

The said increase of local telecommunication service tariffs will allow for partial compensation of inflationary costs.
