OREANDA-NEWS. March 4, 2009. Lithuania keeps creating an infrastructure to develop trade and economic relations with Azerbaijan.

The Ambassador of Lithuania to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas said the Lithuanian Trade House already operates in Baku, but its official opening is expected to be held this April.

“The Lithuanian Trade House will be engaged in deliveries of Lithuanian food industry. Thus, Azerbaijan will start importing milk products, bread, candies, chocolate and other goods made in Lithuania,”  Kudzmanas said.

The official opening is planned for April 8-9, 2009. These goods are available in Baku grocery stores in limited volumes.
