OREANDA-NEWS. March 4, 2009. M2M Telematica will participate in the Russian exhibition devoted to production, technologies and services for public transport companies. Public Transport-2009 will take place on March 11-13 in the Russian Exhibition Center, Pavilion 69 (stand 2-7).

M2M Telematica will present its М2М–CityBus syste, which supports development of modern and convenient public transport. The system is intended for real-time transport monitoring and for long-term logistics planning.

M2M–CityBus uses signals from two navigation systems- GLONASS and GPS- that is why is provides high-precision positioning capabilities compare to the similar Russian and foreng systems. In addition, M2M–CityBus SW supports automatic dispatcher monitoring of the transport means. The system has already proved its effectiveness in different regions in Russia and CIS.

The visitors of the M2M Telematica`s stand will be able to trace the transport means equipped with M2M-Cyber GLX terminals in real time. Functional capabilities of the М2М-CityBus и CyberFleet® will be presented as well.

A round table devoted to GLONASS application in transport monitoring systems will take place on March 11, from 2 to 6 pm.
