OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 March 2009 was announced, that Moskovsky residential neighbourhood and its infrastructure are to be developed and commissioned in the capital of South Ossetia by September 1, 2009.

“More than 200 cottages are currently under construction. Roughly 20 cottages are being finished,” Aleksandr Kosovan, head of Moscow’s Department for Urban Development, said on February 21.

The official noted the first floor was being added to the school, the ground floors of two kindergartens were developed as well.

“I believe Moskovsky neighbourhood will be commissioned by September 1, the start of a new school year, and the children will go to school, the locals will acquire convenient homes,” Mr Kosovan added.
