OREANDA-NEWS  On 04 March JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, underwriter and paying agent of the second issue of LLC “Karavan” bonds, informed that the Issuer has fully and in time fulfilled its obligations with respect to investors on paying interest yield for the 7th interest period on B series bonds. Interest payments made up UAH 42.38 per B series bond

Currently, there are three issues (series) of outstanding bonds of LLC “Karavan” for the total nominal value of UAH 190 mln.

Basic parameters of B series bond issue:

Emission volume UAH 30 000 000.00;

Private offering;

Nominal value per bond UAH 1 000;

Maturity is 36 months: after registration of bonds placement results report with the State Committee for Securities and Stock Market and till May 24, 2010;

Interest yield: for the fifth-eighth periods equals 17% p.a.;

Interest period – 91 days;

Premature sale of bonds: on expiry of the 4th and the 8th interest periods;

Depositary – OJSC “MFS”;

Paying agent – JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;
