OREANDA-NEWS  On 04 March was announced, that Vega Telecommunications Group joined the Coalition for Internet Safety founded by Microsoft Ukraine as part of the program "Partnership in Education". The program targets to attract attention of Ukrainian society to the problem of child safety on the Internet and suggests ways of settling the problem through the joint efforts of business representatives, community and governmental authorities.

"The problem of child safety on the Internet is becoming increasingly urgent in Ukraine with development of Internet technologies; and more and more people have access to the Internet", said Konstantin Kolesov, Vega Director of Business Development. "Being one of the biggest Internet providers in Ukraine, we realize that we are socially responsible for making Internet a helpful, convenient and, what is more important, safe tool of communication and development for children. That's why we are ready for active participation in Microsoft Ukraine initiatives dedicated to this problem".
