OREANDA-NEWS  On 02 March was announced, that, Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) [(RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; МICEX: UTEL, UTELP; ADR OTC: STJSY, KUE FRA)], the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District opens tender to select an auditor organization for obligatory audit of book keeping procedures and financial reporting of "UTK" PJSC for 2009 in compliance with Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The tender will be held subject to the conditions specified in the following Provisions

Applications for participation in the tender will be accepted in sealed envelopes marked as “Tender for auditor selection. Application” before March 9, 2009, 17:00 local time, at the address: 66, Karasunskaya Street, Krasnodar, 350000.

All applications received after the specified date will not be considered and will be returned sealed to the respective auditor organizations.
