OREANDA-NEWS. March 2, 2009. During a special meeting the shareholders of Power Machines OJSC will consider contracts with Russian EnergyMachineBuilding Company (REMCO, subsidiary of Atomenergomash OJSC) worth almost 6bln RUR.

The contract envisages manufacturing and delivery of four sets of separation and water heating equipment for units of Novovoronezh Nuclear Power Plant-2 and Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant-2 as well as installation and adjustment supervision of the equipment to be supplied to REMCO.

As was reported earlier, the meeting of the shareholders of Power Machines will take place in the form of indirect voting. The deadline for submission of ballot papers is Feb 27 2009.
