On 27 February 2009 was announced, that CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering will perform as a general contractor for the construction of 220 kV double-circuit high voltage line from 220 kV Priangarskaya Substation to 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation including development and reconstruction of 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation in the Boguchansk Region of the Krasnoyarskiy Krai. The customer is Center of Engineering and Construction Management of Unified Energy Systems of Open Joint Stock Company Federal Network Company of Unified Energy Systems.

The parties have signed the contract as of January 30, 2009. Within the framework of the contract CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering will implement project and survey works, procurement, construction and erection works and precommissioning and also will set the object into operation. All works shall be completed by December 30, 2010.

The construction of 220 kV double-circuit high voltage line from 220 kV Priangarskaya Substation to 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation including development and reconstruction of 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation is a part of a large project on the construction of 220 kV transmission line from Boguchanskaya HPP (Hydro Power Plant) developed for transmission of power generated by the plant. In order to increase safety of the power line it has double-circuit design, consisting of two parallel high voltage lines installed on two separate supports.

Within the framework of the project experts of CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering will construct two circuits of 220 kV high voltage line from 220 kV Priangarskaya Substation to Razdolinskaya Substation with the strain of over 345 kilometers, crossing over Angara and Kamenka river lines with support installation and erection of wire with the length of 2.5 kilometers; develop and reconstruct 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation. Moreover reconstruction of existing 35 kV power line from Boguchani Substation to Manzya Substation, 110 kV power line from Razdolinskaya Substation to Partizanskaya Substation, 220 kV power line from Abalakovo Substation to Razdolinskaya Substation is planned. Within the framework of the project fiber-optic communication lines will be constructed at the sections of 220 kV high voltage line Priangarskaya Substation - Razdolinskaya Substation, Razdolinskaya Substation - Abalakovskaya Substation - Novokrasnoyarskaya Substation including connection to B. Murta Substation, 220 kV high voltage line from Boguchanskaya HPP to Priangarskaya Substation. A range of works on ancillary facilities construction at power lines and substations will be also implemented.

The construction of 220 kV double-circuit high voltage line from 220 kV Priangarskaya Substation to 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation including development and reconstruction of 220/110/6 kV Razdolinskaya Substation assists to supply power to suffering from power shortages regions of the Krasnoyarskiy Kray. Moreover, the commissioning of the line will promote further complex development of the industrial zone of Nizhniee Priangarye.
