OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 February 2009 was announced, that to support the real estate market the branch of FNW “Samruk-Kazyna” will buy out via auctions non-realized apartments from the developers.

We are talking about the Fund of rent habitation; its main target will be the buying out of the finished apartments with the further rent and the right of buying out by installments for 20 years or by attracting saving loans of Zhilstroysberbank.

According to the head of FNW “Samruk-Kazyna” Kayrat Kelimbetov in the future the fund “generating the stable money flows will probably be present at Kazakhstan stock exchange”.

According to vice-premier Umirzak Shukeev in the interview to journalists, developers that do not participated in realization of habitation at free and fixed prices according to two schemes proposed by the Government,- can offer habitation to the new structure of State fund. The rent price will be about USD 600 per month (100 sq. m.), the habitation “with modest restoration and good buying-out prices”. The Fund will assess the square meters depending on the location of the habitation within the borders of the city.
