OREANDA-NEWS  On 25 February was announced, that the volume of the insurance payments reached its highest level in 2008 for the last 5 years till 14.2 bln. soums. It is increased by 63% in comparison with the figure of the last year and by 3,5 times in comparison with the figure of  2004.

According to the specialist of the SAIPRO, the payment/premium ratio increased by 4,5 b.p. and reached 16,3%.

The dynamics of the insurance payments had increasing trend for the last 5 years. But the increasing rate was fluctuating between 14% and 47%. For example, in 2005 insurance payments increased by 14.6% and in 2006 it had increased till 46,8%. In 2007 this figure decreased and was 26%.
