OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 February 2009 was announced, that Rosimushchestvo had increased a share in the "Apatite" which was under the control of Michael Khodorkovsky. The basic owner of enterprise "Fosagro" assures, that has managed to keep the control over the enterprise.

Rosimushchestvo has increased a share in "Apatite" to 26,7 %, the company has informed. Actions are written off at "Fosagro" under the decision of the Ninth appeal court of Moscow, the "Sheet" newspaper referring to the general director "Fosagro" informs Maxim Volkova.

Company "Apatite" which is in area of Hibinsky mountains on Kola peninsula, is one of the major enterprises of Murmansk area. To 2005 50 % of actions of the enterprise belonged "Menatepu" ("Yukos"). Since then the state works over restoration of the control over the enterprise, having raised the question about legality of transfer of stock to Khodorkovsky and its company.

After transition of actions Rosimushchestvu at "Fosagro" there were 28,29 %. For August, 1st, 2008 of 31,4 % of actions of "Apatite" was at two Cyprian offshore - Acturus Trading and Lacerta Holdings, 10,3 % - at "daughter" of "Akron" and Norwegian Yara - "Nordik rus holding".

At the same time, the Starsburgsky court under human rights has accepted to consideration the claim on 34 bln. dollars from a former management of "Yukos" to the Russian Federation. While it is the largest claim in history of this court.

In 2008 the "Apatite" net profit has made 6,4 billion roubles.
