OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 February 2009 was announced, that PAVA, the largest grain processor of Siberia and the Far East, has shipped the test consignment of protein-enriched flour Zhitnitsa from Rebrikha flour mill according to the signed contract. The cargo is going to Libya, where PAVA’s partners have shown significant interest to the new product of the Altay company. This consignment will allow to identify manufacturers’ demand for the flour and determine the scope of further co-operation with Libya.

Zhitnitsa attracted consumers’ attention due to enhanced content of valuable substances, which makes it an excellent choice for healthy nutrition. It was possible to retain all nutrients of grain kernel in the end product due to special production methods which are close to nanotechnologies.

Protein-enriched flour from PAVA gives benefits to bakers increasing the yield of bread up to 132-135%, if the appropriate baking technology is used.

It should be noted that the protein-enriched flour produced by the Altay grain processor is a unique product which has no analogues in the world.
