OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2009. The management structure of Zlatoust Metallurgical Works, JSC (ZMZ) (incorporated in Metallurgical Holding of ESTAR Group) was changed. 

Alexander Rybkin, Managing Director of ZMZ, will manage only investment projects. In 2009 the program of technical re-equipment of the plant will continue that will allow to radically change technological patterns of manufacture, to grow up to a new level of  technical, economical, ecological and social parameters complying with modern world trends.

Day-to-day activity of ZMZ will be managed by Sergey Khomyakin, Executive Director of ZMZ, who previously acted as First Deputy Managing Director.
