Depository Clearing Company Amends Its Fee Schedule
OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2009. At its meeting held on February 19, 2009 the Committee of Major Participants of Depository Clearing Company (DCC) approved amendments to DCC Fee Schedule.
Fees will be set for deposition and withdrawal of securities via interdepository link with NDC and for securities transfers from the main subaccount to MICEX trading subaccount of Participant's depo account and vice versa, which will result in cancellation of reimbursement by Participants of the costs actually incurred by DCC during execution of these operations. This will make it possible to calculate the cost of the operation during submission of a respective instruction, thus facilitating cash settlement between DCC Participants and their clients.
However, Participants will have to reimburse the costs actually incurred by DCC in respect of OAO Gazprom shares transfers from MICEX trading subaccount to the main subaccount of Participant's depo account. Augmentation of fees was approved for operations executed via interdepository links with ZAO CB Citibank and ING Bank.
The aforementioned amendments come into effect on April 01, 2009.
