OREANDA-NEWS  On 24 February was announced, that Moldova spent USD 2.7 million (28.3 million lei) for foreeign debt servvice in January 2009.

According to the Ministry of Finance’s data, payments of the main liabilities on foreign credits totaled USD 1.8 million (18.8 million), those for repayment of interest on foreign credits were transferred in the amount of USD 0.9 million (9.5 million lei). 57.2 million lei were allocated to serve the state internal debt.
