OREANDA-NEWS On 20 February was announced, that in accordance with the CEO order, Mr. Sergey Pegasov appointed to the position of ROSNO’s IT Director and Head of ROSNO’s Information Systems and Information Technologies Centre. He will be responsible for the company’s further development under the approved IT strategy.

Mr. Sergey Pegasov was born in 1972 in Moscow. In 1995, he graduated from the Sociology Department of the Moscow State University. In 2003, he received MBA from the Grenoble Business School (France).

In 1995 to 2000, he worked in Platinum Software Company, starting as a system integration consultant and finally being promoted to the sector manager position.

In 2000 to 2003, he served as CIO in ICN Pharmaceuticals, managing all of the company’s IT units in Russia. Among his subordinates were IT employees of the company’s head office, distribution network in nine regions, five plants, and the pharmacy chain ICN Apteka.

In 2003 to 2006, S. Pegasov led the Corporate Information and Processes Department in Siemens Russia, having been appointed the company’s CIO. During his career in the company, he centralized IT management, completed introduction of SAP R/3, SAP HR, SAP CRM, and implemented the electronic document exchange system.

In 2006, Sergey Pegasov accepted an offer from Wimm Bill Dann and became IT Department Director and CIO of the group of companies. In that group, being one of the leading producers of dairy products, non-alcoholic beverages and baby food in Russia and CIS, S. Pegasov completed decentralization of information systems management and optimized the company’s procedures controlling development of corporate information systems. His subordinates were over 200 employees at more than 50 sites.
