OREANDA-NEWS  On 19 February was announced, that First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Russian Agricultural Bank Victor A. Zubkov on the working meeting with Prime-Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir V. Putin reported that Russian Agricultural Bank had already extended RUR 58 billion for the agribusiness enterprises spring field works since the beginning of the year 2009. These funds are allocated for the purchase of mineral fertilizers, petrol, seeds and other resources necessary for spring field works. Victor A. Zubkov expects that spring field works in 2009 will be performed timely and in an orderly manner.
