OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 February 2009 was announced, that the 17th International capital construction week STROYTECH 2009 was opened, on February 17. The exhibition is organized by MVK International Exhibition Company with support of the leading governmental organizations, associations and unions: Ministry for Economic Development of Russia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moscow, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, ROIS, Zhelezobeton Association, Union of Concrete Manufacturers, etc.
