Vladimir Putin Signed Order on Connecting Receivers to Electric Mains
OREANDA-NEWS. February 19, 2009. Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order on Amending the Regulations of Connecting Corporate and Private Power Receivers to Electric Mains.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 118 of February 14, 2009, On Amending the Regulations of Connecting Corporate and Private Power Receivers/Power Plants to Electric Mains:
The Government of the Russian Federation decrees:
To embody Item 17 of the Regulations of Connecting Corporate and Private Power Receivers/Power Plants to Electric Mains, approved by Government Executive Order No. 861 of December 27, 2004 (Collection of the Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2004, No. 52, Art. 5525; 2007, No. 14, Art. 1687), as follows:
"17. Connection payment shall be determined by the relevant agency of state tariff regulation.
"The payment for connecting power receivers of maximum capacity not exceeding 15 kilowatts inclusive (with account for capacities previously connected in the given point) shall be determined proceeding from the costs of connection not exceeding 550 roubles.
"Small and medium-sized companies may make payments in installments within 3 years since the day of de facto connection, with an advance payment of 5% of connection payment for connecting power receivers of maximum capacity exceeding 15 kilowatts and up to 100 kilowatts inclusive (with account for capacities previously connected in the given point). Payments are made once every quarter-year in equal installments proceeding from the entire sum due since the day of signing the act on connection by the parties."
