OREANDA-NEWS On 18 February 2009 was announced, that Elena Vitalievna Koltsova has been appointed Head of the Public Relations Department, IDGC of Centre, JSC.

Elena Vitalievna Koltsova graduated from Irkutsk State University.

She started her career as a correspondent of the Bratsk Timber Processing Complex newspaper. She worked on the editorial staff of ‘Znamya’ newspaper, Bratsk. In 2003 she headed the press service of Bratsk Aluminum Company, RUSAL company.

From 2006 till the present moment Elena Vitalievna has been working in the public relations administration, RUSAL united company. 

Elena Koltsova has occupied the post of the former heard of the department Maxim Landa due to his passing into OJSC “MOESK”.
