OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2009. Savers of Moscow Pledge Bank (MPB) renew the terms of their banking deposits in the Bank of Moscow. At the time, over 80% of the MPB client deposits are kept in the Bank of Moscow.

Irina Nikitenko, Vice president of the Bank of Moscow, commented on the situation: "Our bank developed a line of deposit products to allow every client to select the most suitable program. Moreover, we propose special "social-targeting" banking deposit products that we specially adjusted for particular target client groups. For example, for retired persons we propose a deposit program named "New retiree deposit"; also, there is a deposit program named "New Generation", the latter can be open in favor of children, etc.

The Bank of Moscow has started servicing the Moscow Pledge Bank’s savers since January 21, 2009. The agreement between the Bank of Moscow and the State Corporation Agency for Deposit Insurance suggests that the Bank of Moscow has accepted for servicing all the individuals under bank account agreements and credit facility agreements. All the service terms and conditions are kept reserved including the interest rates on deposits and terms of deposit placements.
