OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 February was announced, that the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) fined "Uro-Pro" International Medical Centre" Ltd. 40 000 Rubles for unfair advertising of medical services.

Earlier FAS Russia recognized that "Uro-Pro" International Medical Centre" Ltd. violated the legislation on advertising and issued a determination to eliminate the violation.

The space of an advertising module published by the Medical Centre in the "Krasota&Zdorovye" magazine in December 2007 (No. 12 (93)) and April 2008 (No.4 (97)) was below the statutory norm (less than 5%), which violated Part 7 Article 24 of the Federal Law "On Advertising".
