OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 February 2009 was announced, that CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering would perform reconstruction of Muravlenovskaya-Pul-Yaha, Muravlenovskaya-Avrora section of 220 kV high voltage line within the framework of complex reconstruction of 220 kV Kholmogori - Avrora - Pul-Yaha - Muravlenovskaya high voltage line for the needs of OJSC FGC UES Branch - Transmission Power Network of Western Siberia.

In January, 2009 the parties have signed the appropriate contractor's agreement. Within the framework of the contract CJSC EnergoStroyEngineering will perform the following works: construction and erection and precommissioning of 40 kilometers of Muravlenovskaya-Pul-Yaha, Muravlenovskaya-Avrora section of 220 kV high voltage line; disassembly of existing 220 kV high voltage lines with the spread of over 90 kilometers; procurement of materials, machinery and equipment; string of 40 kilometers of fiber-optic communication lines, ancillary facilities construction, provision of field supervision, commissioning and subsequent warranty service. The works on the project was started at the end of January, commissioning of the facility is planned for 2009.

According to Director General of CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering Sergey Suvorov, implementation of the project of reconstruction of Muravlenovskaya-Pul-Yaha, Muravlenovskaya-Avrora section of 220 kV high voltage line will increase the safety and reliability of power supply to problem power nodes located in the territories of the  following autonomous districts: Nizhnevartovskiy, Nefteyuganskiy, Surgutskiy, Kogalimskiy in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, Noyabrskiy and Muravlevskiy in the Yamalo-Nents Autonomous District.
