OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 February 2009 was announced, that in Kazakhstan the prices at the primary dwelling market in January 2009 reduced up to 1%,m secondary dwelling – 1.7%.

At the same time according to the message of state statistics agency in January 2009 the prices of re-sale of lacking-amenities dwelling reduced to 2.1%, rent of comfortable houses – up to 0.4%, fi compared to the previous month.

According to the statistics the sale price of the new dwelling in the republic in January is 146.043 thousand tenge (current 149.54/USD 1) per 1 sq. m., re-sale of comfortable dwelling – 106.108 thousand tenge, lacking-amenities dwelling – 61.813 thousand tenge, rent of comfortable dwelling – 838 tenge.
