OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 February 2009 TMM Company announced its 2008 financial results under Ukrainian accounting standards.

Key financial performance indicators are as follows:

revenue from sales – UAH 676.881 million;

net revenue from sales – UAH 564.114 million;

net profit – UAH 121.266 million.

According to the existing accounting policy revenues from real estate sales are recognized in the financial statements after an object is put into operation. Thus, in 2008 TMM Company put into operation 74.8 thousand sq m of residential real estate, which is reflected in 2008 financials.

Among 2008 key performance indicators of TMM are the following:

74.8 thousand sq m of residential real estate put into operation. In June 2008 TMM Company commissioned its Triumph premium-class residential complex in Kyiv, in December 2008 - Topaz business-class residential building in Zhytomyr.

Construction works volume grew 21% yoy (in monetary terms). In 2008 completed construction works at all company's projects under construction amounted to UAH 509 million.

Sales volume increased 25% yoy (factual payments). In 2008 TMM sold 36 thousand sq m of residential real estate in Kyiv, Kharkyv and Zhytomyr.
