On February 10, 2009 Department for Diplomatic Corps Servicing (Almaty), common shares of which are present in the official list of Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter on inclusion into its Board of Directors of independent directors, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned letter the Board of Directors of Department for Diplomatic Corps Servicing includes:

- A. Bozhigitov - Board of Directors Chairman;

- E. Utepov - Board of Directors member;

- M. Kulchikov - Board of Directors member;

- Z. Kulunchakov - Board of Directors member, independent director;

- S. Bazelzhanova - Board of Directors member, independent director.
